From Lisbon: We are located on the coast, 100 kms north of Lisbon and can be reached either by A8 or A1 freeways. The A8 however, offers the shortest, most direct and scenic drive. Exit at Valado dos Frades and follow signs to Nazaré. Continue for about 5 kms and turn left at first road leading to Pederneira (a small village reflecting a quiet image of the past). Follow the "Quinta das Rosas" signs for just under 1 km and you've arrived.

From Oporto - 200 kms south of Oporto, we are easily reached by A1 (exit Leiria) and continue on the A8 for about 30 kms to exit at Valado do Frades and follow directions as above.

We also offer rooms and one or two bedroom Seashell apartments at our other property on the waterfront and in the heart of Nazaré (15 meters from the beach).
